Excellent service. James returned my call immediately after I contacted Home Advisor. He came the next day, checked my refrigerator thoroughly, and identified the problem. He ordered the LED light, installed it, and the light still would not work. He proceeded to check the computer board, light switches, and transformer. He ordered a new computer board, thinking that was the only option. He came back with the board within an hour, installed it – and still the light would not work. He checked everything again and again – for some unknown reason, the light still will not work. James went “beyond the call of duty” and even refunded all my money! Now that is excellent customer service – I would not hesitate to recommend Washer Wizard to anyone.

Our 10 year old GE Monogram stopped working on 630pm on a Friday night After spending 20 minutes cleaning out all the food in the freezer, I went to the computer to play “repairman roulette i found home adviser”. This was my first in home appliance repair call ever. Being a big fan of wizards of any type, I gave the Washer Wizards a call. The owner answered and gave me a quick quote on the phone. He had a pretty good knowledge of most major brands and their common problems. I agreed to his price to replace the motherboard. Within 15 mins he showed up at my door with the new board and his helper/wife. As he did the repair, his wife would hand him the proper tool. The repair took about 30 minutes and I paid the bill. After paying I mentioned a weird noise I often hear in the fridge. The Wizard spend an extra time at no charge opening up the front of the fridge to repair the quirky noise.. AND DID I MENTION at NO CHARGE! I would highly recommend the Wizzard. He is very knowledgable, will go just about anywhere, and will be there quick. A++

A service repair person, JEFF, reported to my home early the following morning. Jeff was very professional, he explained and demonstrated the causes for our problem, what he would do to repair the appliance, the cost for the repair, and he had the parts needed to make the repair on his service vehicle. He is very customer service friendly and to me that is a big plus. The appliance was cleaned out and the repairs were made and we were up and running again within 90 business minutes from making the initial contact. We were very happy with the service provided by Washer Wizards and especially impressed by Jeff’s knowledge, workmanship, and his very positive attitude in all areas of customer satisfaction. The repair is guaranteed for six months if there are any problems and Washer Wizards will make things right. I highly recommend Washer Wizards and would gladly use them again should the need arise.

Super fast response; was at my house just over an hour from when I called. Owner himself showed up; friendly guy. He evaluated my LG Washer and even removed back panel to take a look inside. Wasn’t afraid to get dirty and spent about an hour trying to diagnose the problem. He thought it might have been the motor control part, found one in his truck, but turns out that wasn’t it. While I’m not going to have them repair it (because it’s a $400 part/motherboard), it was nice to know what the root of the issue was. Would recommend to all; guy knows his stuff.

They had to order the part I needed and although the supplier would have delivered it almost a week later, they pushed for an earlier delivery. I had a GE Top Freezer energy star Refrigerator less than 2 years old not getting cold. I went online arround 6 AM looking for someone to find out how much to fix it. Washer Wizzard owner James LaFleur called me right away and told me a house call would cost $40 and if repair was done the $40 would go towards the repair. He came out right away and found that a rather expensive relay start assembly was defective. He fixed it and was able to install a new generic relay that although expensive would do the job and cost less than a GE relay. He completed the job right away and the unit started right up producing cold. Mr LaFleur did a good job.
